Sales Administrator:

We are currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator in the Walsall area on behalf of our well established client.

Details of Sales Administrator:

  • Pay rate: £8.50-£9
  • Start Date: Immediate
  • Working Hours: Full time
  • Monday - Friday: 8:00am - 4:30pm;
  • Location: Walsall
  • Duration: Temporary to ongoing

Role of Sales Administrator:

  • Booking work collections
  • Taking incoming calls from customers regarding queries/collections & deliveries
  • Follow up calls to customers regarding outstanding quotes
  • Adding quotes from the sales team to the system
  • Occasional prospecting calls
  • General admin work

As a Sales Administrator you'll need:

  • Must possess a high attention to detail
  • Must have strong ability to plan, organise and co-ordinate
  • Be flexible to handling a wide range of activities
  • Possess the ability to work under pressure
  • Well organised, with strong communication and inter-personal skills
  • Demonstrate ability to work as part of a team
  • Experience in Microsoft Office is essential
  • Strong Excel Skills
