We are recruiting for a Purchasing Administrator in the Kingswinford area. Our Client is a well-established Company.

As a Purchasing Administrator you will need to have/be:

  • 5 x GCSEs (or equivalent), including Maths and English
  • Experience in a purchasing admin or assistant role is essential
  • Excellent customer facing skills
  • Good time management
  • Good organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Microsoft Office skills


  • Salary: Competitive
  • Working Hours: 20 - 25 hours per week, Monday-Friday
  • Location: Kingswinford
  • Duration: Part-Time, Permanent

Role of a Purchasing Administrator:

  • To assist with co-ordinating deliveries
  • To assist with the raising of purchase orders for goods, materials and services
  • Adhere to policies and procedures to support KPI metrics and measurements
  • Administrative support for the procurement function
  • Work within policies and procedures for risk management and mitigation
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Comply with Health and Safety policies, procedures and practices at all time
  • May be required from time to time to provide administrative support to other teams
