We are recruiting for a Procurement Administrator on behalf of our client based in the Bournville, Birmingham area. As a Procurement Administrator you will be expected to work as a Central Inbound Co-ordinator, supporting Inventory Management as detailed in duties and responsibilities.

Details of a Procurement Administrator:

  • Hourly rate: £12.50
  • Start date: ASAP
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm
  • Location: Bournville
  • Duration: Temporary

Duties and Responsibilities of a Procurement Administrator:

  • Central Inbound Co-ordinator working with Demand Planning team
  • Supporting Inventory Management
  • Liaising with distribution centres and departments
  • Feeding information to relevant parties during daily calls
  • Presenting reports to the senior
  • Ensuring information is kept up to date
  • Supporting Logistics Planning team
  • Using various applications such as SAP, INET and Microsoft Office packages.
  • Organising own workload and delivering high standards
  • Working to deadline and setting own priorities

Skills and Experience of a Procurement Administrator:

  • Attention to Detail
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • SAP Experience
  • Excellent use of Excel
  • Ability to work unsupervised
  • Previous experience in Logistics
  • Use of INET
  • Use of Microsoft Office Packages
