We are recruiting for an Office Administrator in the Telford area. Our Client is a well-established Company.

As an Office Administrator you will need to have/be:

  • Excellent customer service
  • Working under pressure at times and to deadlines
  • Multi-tasking
  • PC literate
  • Word / Excel working knowledge

Details:

  • Salary: £19,500.00 per annum
  • Working Hours: Monday-Friday 8.00am - 4.30pm
  • Location: Telford
  • Duration: To start February 2021 (12 Month Maternity Cover)

Role of an Office Administrator:

  • Booking engineers to attend callouts (different priority levels 4 hours/24 hour/4 days/10 days) either by phone or email
  • Updating job database with details of callout and engineers attending
  • Dealing with inbound telephone enquiries
  • Dealing with emails chasing progress of callouts and return visit repair jobs
  • Printing of sub-contractors invoices
  • Booking hotels for our engineers
  • Invoicing jobs to our customer and processing engineers invoices
  • Updating Hub (callout system) with completed jobs
  • Sending parts to store using courier system Inxpress
