Export Administrator
We are recruiting for an Export Administrator in the Coventry area.
As an Export Administrator you will need to have/be:
- At least 3 year's experience in a similar
- Excellent reporting skills
- Export knowledge and experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Microsoft Office proficient
- High attention to detail
Details:
- Salary: £18,000.00-£23,000.00 per annum (depending on experience)
- Working Hours: Monday-Friday 9.00am-6.00pm
- Location: Coventry
- Duration: Permanent
Role of an Export Administrator:
- Handling customer's enquiries/queries/order updates via telephone and email
- Preparing quotations
- Arranging transport/delivery of all export orders worldwide
- Monitoring all shipments
- Processing all sales orders and relevant paperwork
- Providing after-sales support to customers
- All aspects of administration
