We are currently recruiting for Customer Service Advisor on behalf of our client based in the Stafford area. As a Customer Service Advisor you will be responsible for assisting the Transport department with queries regarding deliveries and orders.

Details of a Customer Service Advisor:

  • Pay rate: £8.72
  • Start Date: Immediate
  • Working Hours: Full time - variable shifts
  • Shifts: between 0600-1400 to 1300-2100 weekdays and 0600-1400 -1000-1800 on weekends
  • Location: Stafford
  • Duration: Temporary ongoing

Role of a Customer Service Advisor:

  • Handle all incoming calls from the delivery crews for the large item delivery for the company and for all crews in the UK and Ireland
  • Dealing with calls in regards to Customers deliveries
  • Checking orders on in house system for customers
  • Dealing with customer queries and complaints
  • Liaising with delivery drivers in regards to location and ETA's
  • Liaising with internal departments and supporting with admin

As a Customer Service Advisor you'll need/will be:

  • Computer Literate
  • Happy to do flexible working hours
  • Good Microsoft Office skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Previous Customer Service skills
