Customer Service Advisor:

We are recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor on behalf of our client based in Oldbury. As a Customer Service Advisor you will be responsible for processing sales orders and dealing with customer queries.

Duties and Responsibilities of a Customer Service Advisor:

  • Professionally/ effectively resolve all purchase order queries pre delivery
  • Ensure customer orders are received within the scheduled timescale
  • Protect the reputation of the company
  • Analysing supplier performance
  • Liaising with sales administration/ sales team
  • Liaising with suppliers
  • Order processing/ progressing on computerised system
  • Periodically arranging customer deliveries

  • Salary: £8.72ph
  • Working hours: 8:00am-4:30pm Mon-Fri
  • Location: Oldbury
  • Temporary to Permanent
