We are recruiting for an Account Manager in the Sutton Coldfield area.

You will need to have:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Degree or equivalent (desirable)
  • Previous experience as an Account Manager within B2B sales
  • Used to working to targets/KPI's
  • Self-motivated, proactive with a positive attitude
  • Excellent time management and problem solving skills
  • Rapport building and customer service skills


  • Salary: up to £27,000 per annum + bonus
  • Working Hours: Mon-Fri 09:00-17:15
  • Location: Sutton Coldfield
  • Duration: Permanent

Role of an Account Manager:

  • Generate new business through warm leads and existing customers (you will be given a variety of data lists to contact)
  • Generating leads and pipelining for future business opportunities
  • Primarily outbound calling with an element of inbound handling enquiries
  • Identify sales opportunities and maximise where possible
  • Offering a range of products/services and actively upsell/cross-sell
  • Update the CRM system with customer information
  • Answer enquiries/queries via telephone and email
  • Working to KPIS and targets daily
