We are currently recruiting for a Receptionist on behalf of our client who is based in Walsall. As a receptionist you will responsible for meeting and greeting clients on a daily basis. You will also be responsible for general administrative duties.

Details of Receptionist

  • Pay rate: £8.75ph
  • Start Date: Immediate
  • Working Hours: Full Time
  • Mon – Fri: 9.00am – 5.00pm
  • Location: Walsall

  • Answering calls and emails
  • Meeting and greeting clients

Experience required of Receptionist

  • Previous experience of working within a receptionist role
  • Good communication skills
  • Enhanced DBS certificate
  • GSCE Maths and English
  • Knowledge of Microsoft packages
  • Ability to work in a fast place environment

HR Business Partner (Employee Relations)

We are recruiting for a HR Business Partner (Employee Relations) in the Walsall area with our well established client.

As a HR Business Partner (Employee Relations) you will need to have:

  • Proven experience of working at a HR Advisor level within employee relations, including being the key decision maker within ER processes
  • Experience of working in a fast paced and demanding environment
  • Solutions focused
  • A strong communicator verbally and written
  • Attention to detail
  • Confidence in building relationships
  • Commercially and practically minded with a hands on approach
  • At least Level 5 CIPD qualified or suitable experience
  • Experience of facilitating TUPE transfers would be an advantage

Details:

  • Salary: Up to £29,580 (including car allowance) per annum
  • Working Hours: Mon-Fri 09:00-17:30
  • Location: Walsall
  • Duration: Permanent

Role of a HR Business Partner (Employee Relations):

  • Providing HR support to the whole business, primarily in the application of disciplinary, grievance and performance management processes
  • Advise on a legislative and commercial level, to provide prompt business and people solutions
  • Provide operational support and advice on all employee relation matters.
  • Provide prompt and accurate notification of upcoming and changing employment legislation and advise accordingly
  • Partner with Compliance to ensure all appropriate policies, procedures and legal requirements are consistently adhered to (including Right to Work)
  • Develop and review HR policies in line with current legislation
  • Advise Line Managers on conducting investigations, disciplinary, grievance and appeal hearings – holding these where necessary
  • Attend UK-wide company locations to provide onsite HR support
  • Work in partnership with Line Mangers in relation to performance management expectations of their direct reports
  • Liaise with third parties such as the Citizens Advice Bureau and respond where necessary
  • Partner with Learning and Development to drive employee development where necessary
  • Assist with HR projects as required
  • Undertake relevant administration in relation to employee relation matters and maintain accurate and up to date records
  • Process incoming and outgoing TUPE transfers
  • Any other appropriate duties where required
